Available Scholarships

Perry Technical Foundation provides financial support to students through internal and external scholarships. For more information on internal scholarships, see the Foundation Scholarship section of the website.
External scholarships are provided by organizations not affiliated with Perry Technical Institute. While the Foundation staff is happy to assist you in the application process, it is up to you to follow the scholarship guidelines and submit the completed application on time.
Copies of guidelines and applications are available in the Foundation Office.
US Bank
Applicant must be a current undergraduate student enrolled by September 2013 and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien. Applications are available at https://www.usbank.com/community/financial-education/scholarship.html. Applications are due May 31, 2013.
Walmart Associate Scholarship
Applicant must be a current Walmart employee who already has earned a high school diploma or GED and is pursuing further education. Applications are due June 3, 2013.
National Federation of Paralegal Association
Must be enrolled or an accepted student in an accredited paralegal education program. Applications are due July 1, 2013.
Soroptimist Women's Opportunity Award
Applicants must be women who provide the primary financial support for their family; demonstrate financial need and are enrolled in a vocational/skills training program or an undergraduate degree program. Applications are due December 1.
AHRI Rees Scholarship
Eligible students are those enrolled in a HVAC/R training program. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, national or resident alien and be preparing for a career as a technician in either residential air-conditioning & heating, light commercial air-conditioning & heating or commercial refrigeration.
